Hi

So we have a Server Edition hosted in the cloud (AWS) and a site with DECT with 3 base stations.
All works fine if the DECT handsets are connected to the master base, but if they are on one of the others, there is no audio.

Suspecting the obvious of RTP ports and NAT?

We have given each base it's own RTP port range and then port forwarded those ports to the appropriate base but still no audio.

Cannot find any documentation specifically for this, does anyone have any experience of this?

Would seem to be simple :)

Many thanks

Check the IPBSs firmware, I suppose they are not aligned, update it all to the latest one, eventually

They are all on 10.4.6 which I think is the latest?

The latest is actually v11p2p10 but if you don't have IPBS3 type don't care, even though you can upgrade them all if you need it. Using IPBS3 and non homogeneous firmware I had the same issue twice. So, if the secondary IPBS are in different networks maybe it's a RTP issue.
I have never had the needings to modify the RTP settings into the IPBS, it's ok the default.

Try and see the codecs used, the RTP range for each, isolate each, and see it works, test all posibilities

We have testes pretty much everything we can think of, separating RTP ranges etc.

We do however have a spare Server Edition license on the system so was considering adding a local IP500 expansion on site and connect the DECT to that?

Either that or a VPN to AWS

Yes I set up a VPN yesterday as all seem good so far!
