Remote Coverage Problem

I have a setup where a user have a remote coverage path to his mobile phone. this works fine until recently i found out that whenever the trunks(analog trunks) are all used up the caller still hears a ringing tone while the system handle the calls.

is it possible to have busy-tone instead since all trunks are used up.

G450/8300 Combo running on 5.2.1

Do you have queuing on the analog trunk group? If it is enabledm change it to 'n'.

by setting the queue length to zero disable queuing then yes queuing is disable

After hours busy out the trunk group, put a trace up on the station and dial it from your cell phone. Paste the trace results here.

i can still hear a ringing tone even though the trunks are busy-out
