G3 switch; Customer asked to send Sales calls to another PBX. Went Remote Cover; had to use PSTN. Works great, except only one call gets through at a time. Subsequent calls go to 2nd coverage point in the path (attd) which I added in case there were problems. Below is my Sales Coverage path. I removed attd and made Next Path Number 4 with same R2 coverage point, but that call just rings no answer. Checked that the destination can handle more than 1 call.
What am I missing? Thanks.

make a new coverage path with point 1 being r2, and r2 can only be a single number so confused as to how this is set up

Next path does not mean what you think it does.

Next Path example

Next path links are followed when current path criteria shows "n" until it finds criteria "y"

A great teacher, does not provide answers, but methods to teach others "How and where to find the answers"
