Remote control in Terminal Server

Is it possible to allow a user to take remote control of another users terminal service connection without giving them Admin rights.

Hi,

Yes it is possible to allow users to take the remote desktop connection widout admin rights.
Remember u can take remote desktop connection not the Remote COntrol.
