Remote control agent not found. SMS 2003

When i try to remote control a client pc i the following message: remote contrl agent not found. I have tried to reinstall client on PC but no luck.

Under Systems Management Properties Actions Tab:
I only have the following actions
Machine Policy Retrieval $ Evaluation Cycle
User Policy Retrieval $Evaluation Cycle

Hi crucial20,

You need to enable the client component for remote tools. Go into site hierarchy - site settings- client agents - right click on remote tools client agent and then tick enable. The other agents can also be enabled here as well.

If the agent is not there you need to install it from the CD. If you select the Remote Tools option in the setup wizard, the Remote Tools server components are installed during a primary or secondary site installation, or during an SMS Administrator console installation.

I read online that we need to download the latest Service pack(which is sp5).
