Remote conection with IP office

Whenever I plug in my remote office IP customers through an ISDN card, creating the appropriate dial-in windows and configuring the IP Office in the RAS service and the Incoming Call route, I never had problems until the appearance of the version R5 from this version I can not connect because I set it up as usual and will not let me, in versions previous amount to R5 have no problems.


Any suggestions?
 
I dial-in to systems with R5 no problems, what's the issue you are having exactly :)

La conexion telefonica no conecta. Error 678 El equipo remoto no responde.
Pero estoy seguro de que esta configurado como siempre.

1) configuro el servicio RAS le pongo nombre RemoteManager
2) Cambia la contraseña por defecto del usuario RemoteManager
3) Creo Incoming Call Route para llamada de datos hacia RemoteManager
4) En Lan1 establezco DHCP como marcacion entrante
 
Connect the phone connection. Error 678 The remote computer is not responding.
But I'm sure it is configured as usual.

1) configure the RAS service you name RemoteManager
2) Change the default password user RemoteManager
3) I believe Incoming Call Route for data call into RemoteManager
4) I set LAN1 DHCP inbound dialinge
 
It's not getting as far as the system by the sounds of things, try pointing the Incoming "Any Data" call route to DialIn instead of Remote Manager, also ensure "Dial-in" is still ticked for the Remote Manager user :)

Early versions of 5.0 manager had a bug that when you changed the password for RemoteManager, the dial in tick box got cleared.
