Remote cell needs Company CLID

Here's the situation I need to make happen/allow. We have field techs that use personal cell phones to call the customers to say they are on their way. What we need to do is substitute their personal phone CLID for the company CLID. Before I came along there was some programming/designing for this already but was never launched. The method uses a DISA line for the techs to call in to and call back out through the company pbx to utilize it's CLID. Doesn't seem to work as the cell phone's CLID gets passed on.

Any proven suggestions to facilitate this?

Nothing proven, but two options:

EC500. Calls to the PBX from a cell used for EC500 show as the internal station. I suspect that the outbound ID would also show as the internal extension (converted to DID via public-unknown).

If the techs don't have DIDs, Try the change tandem-calling-party-num command. This works similar to the public or private numbering but affects when calls come in one trunk and are routed out another.
I've used this to match Lync users that have "fake" numbers to the company CLID when they dial out so I suspect it would work for your techs. Just put their entire number in the CPN Prefix column.

sbc allows cell phone to register as a station on cm and dial out with CLID of company
ces allows techs to make a call, which actually gets PBX to call their cell, then calls other party, all while showing company CLID

these are the easiest options as techs dont need to fumble around remembering DISA codes etc...

CES" - not sure what you are referring to but I think avoiding DISA would be great. Session Border Controller? That's something we do not have.

Let me 1st get this straight, the field techs are doing company business and have to use their PERSONAL cell phone to call customers, wow never heard of that before, I would insist on a company phone for doing this, are they also asking them to use their personal vehicles to travel there as well.

...personal vehicles .... No idea but if so the vehicle allowance better be supreme!!
