Look for external call forward. All your lines need to be supervised, allow redirect to the phone being forwarded, and build a route (usually using 9 as a destination code).
Sure it can, if you have the right software. I would not let anyone that does not have the programming experience do it. Customer site does need to have remote access device installed on their system. Best bet, get a vendor involved. This will actually save money in the long run and helps to avoid headaches.

I want to do Remote Call Forwarding.
I want to be able to call in, from home for example, and change a setting to forward all calls to another number. Like a employee.
Hopefully without having to muck around with the system programming.
