Is this even possible?

I've been looking through the manual but I haven't seen anything even remotely close.

We have mics 6 or 6.1. maybe in a upgraded version it's possible?

But can all this be done remotely. By someone that is not a programmer.

Sure it can, if you have the right software. I would not let anyone that does not have the programming experience do it. Customer site does need to have remote access device installed on their system. Best bet, get a vendor involved. This will actually save money in the long run and helps to avoid headaches.

We all need a little help once in awhile. Tony the Phoneman..

Well right now I'm trying to figure out if this can be done.
And it needs to be easy enough for someone that is not a programmer can do.

I need to know everything I can about this so I can tell a programmer exactly what I want and not sound like a total noob.

Oh and to be more specific.
I want to do Remote Call Forwarding.
I want to be able to call in, from home for example, and change a setting to forward all calls to another number. Like a employee.

Hopefully without having to muck around with the system programming.

Something easily done.
