Thanks for the replies, but I am fine up to entering the ars access number then i get a wave off tone. there are no restrictions on the adjunct and FRL is set to 3. Remote forward for the adjunts is set as well as trk to trk transfer. Any ideas?

You need to assign an authorization code to the adjunct. Shouldn't have anything to do with ars access number. Then to forward adjunct 200, you would go to any phone and press #80 + Auth code + #(enter) + *33 (feature for fwd) + the telephone number.

you do need to enter the "ars access number"....for Remote call Fwd,which is 9. You can go to sys program-->exit or start--> extensions--> more--> remote fwd-->and rcf extension if you have a magix 2.1 or above or enter in the extension of the adjunct you are trying to fwd. As well, make sure you have reliable loopstart disconect set to yes....sys program--> exit or start--> lines/trunks-->TT/ls disco-->ls disconnect-->yes.

I have entered my adjunct number into Remote call forward, I have also created an Auth. code for the adjunct I am trying to RCF. Which is the same as the adjunt. I can go to an SA button press #80 7112 (adjunct #) then # again, Then *33 9, then I get wave off tone.

Allow the call-forwarded extension to call forward: Sys Program > Start > Extensions > Remote Forward then enter here, the extensions to allow to be call forwarded offsite.
