Remote call Forward

Good afternoon,

Can someone show me steps how to setup remote call forward internal? we have people are on vacation and we need to forward their landline to the CallPilot Voicemail. Most of them are at the remote office. I need to know how I can do it remotely.

all you need on the station side is forward and a scpw.. in ld 57 you need a rcfa rcfd code assigned.. dial tone, dial the rcfa, scpw, dn, dest dn #..
