Remote Call Forward

Hi all,

One of my users has asked me if it is possible to remotely call forward his phone from home. I know remote call forward works from inside the office building (Using the Station Control password), but can it be done from his home?

you would need to build a work around and i don;t know if it possible, try a did for an acd dn with ncfw to the rcfw.. worth a try

Or you can setup an i2050 softphone on his laptop/computer and use macros...
