Remote Call Forward Extension with no Phone

ACS R6 and Partner Mail VS5
I want to program Remote Call Forwarding for an extension that does not have a phone. (Outside Sales person)

Turned on Remote Call forwarding and have a phone number in personal speed dial for that extension and from Ext.11. When I do F11 I can hit the ext but when I press the 8 for 80 it clears the screen. I can forward that extension to other extensions just not the speed dial ones.

When I try to F11 from central programming I get an error.

Anybody know where I am going wrong?

Try it on a physical port that does not have a phone connected. I havent tried to see it it will work on a phantom extension number yet. Anyway the steps are assign it Remote Call Forward in System Programming, program the outside telephone number into one of its personal speed dial bins, be sure it has lines assigned to it, auto line select is set to pick up lines for outgoing, nd no restrictions to prevent the call, then Feature 11, Extension number, Speed Dial Code to forward to.

That is the first thing that I tried. I have an ACS and a 308 so I was trying Ext 20 which is a "real" extension after I could not get it to work on a phantom extension.
