Remote call forward a virtual extension to cell hpone

I have an Avaya CM 6.0 system and I'm looking to program a VDN to point to a virtual phone. Looking to assing an extension, but not use a physical endpoint. Looking to point the VDN to the extension of the virtual phone which will then immediately call forward all calls externally to a cell phone.

I have the 800# pointed to the VDN and I've asigned a vector to this. I now need to point to a DID# assigned to a virtual phone so I cna then call forward to a cell.

suggestions on the best way to accomplish this w/o using a physical phone?

In the vector why not just do a Route-To the cell phone number?
