I had an issue this morning. Another site reported phones went down but then back up. This is what is showing on the switch...What could have caused the issue? Where do I check to make sure we're ok (LD32/60?)?

I'd look at the history to see what happened. ld 22 prt, vhst/ahst either one. Chances are that site maybe lost power, just a guess.

no that loop does not show up in 60.. in ld 97 prt xpe return, find the xpe of 52 0 then idcs x.. that will show the cards on the far end.. that can be caused by a drop in the t1 or a power glitch on the far end... all the errors show is that it went down and came back up..

i assume this it a carrier remote.. those t's are not in 60 but you can plug into the mmi interface and look at them for errors if this happens more then once

I would guess a mini-carrier remote... it's reporting individual cards, not loops. Probably a power outage would be my guess.

The remote site said power was fine....only phones went out....thanks I will check history and ld 97

one more thing....I keep on getting this message

XMI000 28 : Msg from FPEC error #0001

what does that mean?

. MSG FROM SHELF x: XPEC ERROR 0001. This error is
usually self correcting. If may indicate a double timeslot problem or
invalid call teardown.

You know once logged in you can look up ERR. BUG, SCH? Do ERR (space)and the message for all types.

i get each card when my carrier remote goes down.. in my 81 you can not determine if it's a ,mini or a carrier remote..

is your remote on a ups?

Good question....I asked site contact and he does not know except that cards went red then green asked if UPS was conectecd and no idea.....I will doublecheck

johnpoole - what commands in LD97? 'ld 97 prt xpe return, find the xpe of 52 0 then idcs x'
