Hi all,

We have an issue with Checkpoint SecureRemote clients. We cannot take cotrol of their machine as their is no way of associating their machine name and IP address. Checkpoint NAT's client addresses and gives them an address from a pool which I defined but there is no DNS trace anywhere.
The problem is that there is now way of pushing out applications to client machines if we cannot connect or even ping them.
Without updating (buying)SecureClient can anyone help me with this.
Thanks in advance

You need to look at your Security as well your Desktop rules. It is possible to use PCAnywhere or Rdesktop to remote control a PC that is connected via VPN.

Hi rn4it,

I know it is possible to RDesktop to a VPN client but we can't see the client in DNS or . How do you we do this with Checkpoint SecureRemote?

Thanks for any help in advance
