Remote Agent logout - Digit collection problem

Hi All,

I've tried to use the "Remote logout of Agent" FAC, but I can't. I've enabled every needed options - what about I know - but after I dialed the FAC of this and had been starting dial the logged-in agent login ID, after the second number the system sent the denial tone.

Here is the station trace:

Hi,

are you sure, that it was the right FAC? It seems, that you used the FAC for add/remove skills instead.

I've missed the line at the first time - I can't imagine how I was able to did that - and, after that, I'd never checked this setting again.
