remote acd logout

hi i have the following scenario:-

customer had a phone logged in as an acd agent, the phone failed so we have sent a replacement.
customer has registered the phone but is unable to login as the acd agent - msg stating agent already logged in.

User doenst have 6100 software, i cant think of anyway to logout the roaming acd login...

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!

using the 6100, you will have to have the interactive package.

You can also use the 'busy reset' command ont eh 3300 controller to log the agent out.

tried busy reset but it doesnt work.
i thought this was just for hotdesking extensions.....not acd

any other ideas???

when you use the busy reset, reseting the agent id if that does not work reset the device number.

It should work.

no it didnt work unfortunately.

Mitel have stated the only way round this is the mitia x application..............................

I use MitaiBrowser for this cases. I think you can find it in YA package

cant believe this is so complicated, surely a fac would be far more sensible

log in with the agent id in question and then log out again, maybe this will work
