I have a Callpilot 150 that answers all the lines coming into the site. Line 069 is the "backdoor number" and Silicon Sally answers right away. The employee trying to access their voice mail box remotely can not access the mail box by using "**" process.
I have increased the ring count by 1 but this has not cured the problem.
I want to be able to have the employees call in and then input their respective mailbox number and password to access their voice mail boxes for messages.
Any ideas?
