Remote Access

While trying to access the system remotly i receive message "The number you have reached is not in service"
I have verified the DN Which is correct. But when I add the prefix the message is received From External.

make sure that the number is in fact a DID, not just a number on the switch.

Your TELCO, has not activated the number yet...Check with them. (Telephone Company)

How can I do a print of all DID's

Do you know the range of did's that you have from the carrier ie;5000 to 5099 etc. If you do you can print a dnb of that range or to find out what is not used print a ludn of that range.
