Is there a way to set up remote access to an MICS or CICS using an internet connection instead of a phone line? Is there a third party device or something to connect to the MICS that I can hit with an IP address then use Norstar Remote Utilities from there?

I saw an IP device that was an ithernet/IP to Serial conversion. I haven't tried this but you should be able to connect the 9 pin output to a serial device and access the serial device that way.

no matter what you would need the RAD

Hey thanks! Do you know the name of the device? RAD is not a problem as most of my customers already have the RAD.

Digi One SP is one that one board member here reported with great success on his CICS.
