I recently upgraded a customer that is 5+ hours away from an old MCD 6 system to a new controller with Release 10. Unfortunately, I forgot to check if I could get remote access to the system before I left. I tried to login from home to set up a new employee and got "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." when I go to The Internet guys have it set up so port 443 forwards to the PBX and it worked just fine in the past. What do I have to change in the MiVB or the router to get it working again?
