Remote Access to new MiVB

I recently upgraded a customer that is 5+ hours away from an old MCD 6 system to a new controller with Release 10. Unfortunately, I forgot to check if I could get remote access to the system before I left. I tried to login from home to set up a new employee and got "Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource." when I go to

https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/esm_loginMain.htm.

The Internet guys have it set up so port 443 forwards to the PBX and it worked just fine in the past. What do I have to change in the MiVB or the router to get it working again?

By "log in from home" I'm assuming you're connecting via a VPN. In which case, did you add the VPN subnet to the Trusted Networks in server manager on the MiVB?
