Remote Access - some programs not working

I am remotley connecting via terminal server and I can not open any MS Access 2003 databases, not even the program it self, I can open MS Word or MS Excel, but no database with MS Access, I double checked my permissions and I have administrative rights.
any idea why I can't open it or what I can check...
