Remote acces needed to a MICS

Hi
I need to be able to remotely connect to a few sites that all have MICS'.
I have set up the RAD lines and passwords and when dialed the system is answering ok but I want to see if i can test via procomm but not sure if there are specific modem settings needed (eg VT100 - XModem etc)to do so.
Can anyone help?

The error i get each time says CONNECT 7200 NoEC

Procomm? Are you using Norstar Remote Utilities software? That is what you need.
