I have a g430 with an s8300D at site A. System platform release 6.0.3 and cm version 6.0.1.510.
AT site B I have an identical set up that hasnt been installed yet. My question is this. Can I take the translations out of site A
and load them into site B and then somehow change the serial number on the g430.
I tried reloading Site A's Translations into Site B and got translation corruption.
At Site B I loaded System Platform, then loaded CM, then loaded the license and without any translations everything was happy.
When I loaded Site A's translations into Site B is when it hit the fan.
What am I missing? I was told by Avaya ATAC that this could be done, but Im thinking otherwise due to the serial numbers not matching.
Any help would be appreciated.
