Reliable place were I can get cheaper yet authentic Transcender exams? 1

Transcender and Self Test are owned by the same company.
To quote a friend of mine who works for Transcender:
"Transcender are for those who want the best and don't care what the price is. Self Test are for those who want a great product at an affordable price".
I personally think TS is the best, however, let's take exam 70-284 (Exchange Server 2003) as an example. I can get the TS for $139 (download) or $149 (cd rom). I can get ST through the technical school that I attend for $29.
So I guess if price isn't a factor, go for TS.
