So I've got a couple lines that look like they started as outgoing calls (viewed through the BCM Monitor) but never got released properly for some reason and they are hung.

Is there a way through the Element Manager to force a release or initialization of those lines?

Thanks in advance...

Yes. I think you can do it via Configuration, Resources, then Telephony Resources. I had to select Analogue trunks, but the only option I had was to disable the whole module. I couldn't see a way of selecting one line at a time.

Only yesterday I was working on an old Norstar system and found that via the telset, I could go into Maintenance and select the Clear Lines option to unlock a particular trunk.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
