Release date of Visio Viewer ?

Hi,

I'm a user of Visio and I would like to know if the visio viewer can be find on the cd of visio 2000 or 2002...

Can you tell me too, when the Visio Viewer released?

It is available now at:

Seems to work fine if you do not have visio loaded on the target PC. If you do, it is a wasted 2+MB download and install because visio starts and not the viewer when browsing a visio diagram.
