relay question

Hi all, i'm runing an email server, and i told it not to relay if senders are not local, but accourding the log its relaying !!! does that mean i'm hacked, ? here is a sample of the log ?

Hi,

Remove that check mark that u had placed for &quot; Relay mail if localy connected&quot; and place a check mark in front of the next option &quot;Relay mail only if received from these IP Address&quot; without enterning any ip address in the below given box. Restart the IMC and then check out.
