Hi All.
I have a autodialing device hooked up to relay 2 on my IP406v2. I have a short code, *44, which uses the relay pulse feature, tel num 2 to trigger the contact. That all works fine. However, when I put logic in a voicemail pro callflow to open door #2, it doesnt work at all. Also, I tried using the goto logic for *44 and the transfer logic to *44 and neither of those seem to go there (because the contact never gets pulsed). Again, the hardware is hooked up properly because I can get it to pulse using *44 directly from any phone in our office.
Heres what my ultimate goal is:
When a call comes in to our out of hours pager, the contact gets pulsed on our autodialer and proceeds to dial out to an escalation list. If the first person doesnt respond and cancel the call out in time, the next person in the list is then called and given a message that there is a voicemail waiting.
I really need this to work but am unsure why VM Pro isnt doing this properly. Like I said earlier, I am on a IP406v2 with firmware 4.1(9) and VM Pro 4.1(27)
