I get this message when sending mail to a couple of addresses:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:
recipientsaddress@whatever.com on 07/05/2007 3:13 PM
There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
<"Our Mail Server FQDN" #5.5.0 smtp;554 <recipientsaddress@whatever.com>: Relay access denied>
This issue looks to be on our end? What would cause this problem? We're running exchange 2k3. It looks like it may be account specific. The issue is with a user who only uses owa to send emails. Other users can send to that same address without any problems. The OWA user is in a different building though on a different network.
Any ideas?
Thanks
