relate a already made table to a customer..

I have a little problem, I want to make a database where a customer can check off one or more products in a already written list.. I have all the products in a table like "product name" "price" etc. and the customers user info in one table.. can someone please help me with this??

That would work if I used a startup form as the splash screen - i could do that, but i'd still see the standard access splash when the application loaded - it's that which i wish to replace
