Hi, how can I tell if I am blocking the email from a specific domain? THe only thing I have modified on my end was the RDNS and I haven't configured anything else.

Thanks,

after they sent the email, it says delivered on their end with the log file.

If at least a couple of other external domains can get email to you, and you still have the default configurations, there's no reason why mail should be blocked from that domain.

What did the log say? I'm not totally sure which log you are actually referring to.

After further reading of the log file and I have found out that the IMF detected the email as a spam, because the subject line "how to save money" Is there a way to unfilter that specific domain? I have already adjust the filter settting to 7, but it doesn't seem it is a good solution.
