You might have to check in your Computer's Manual, or browse the manufacturer's site for recovery instructions. Most Laptops come with a hidden recovery partition that is accessible at boot time via a special Keyboard key combination. It varies from machine to machine, perhaps it is something like F12 or F10, but it could be anything, so you will have to confirm the correct combination.
