Is it possible to only reinstall Call Pilot VM application on BCM 200 and leave all other programing. If Yes how is it done.

Thanks biv343
Problem is that i cant get to any features. So i have to reinstall trough software not trough feature code. I have key codes.

If you can't get to any of the VM features such as 980, 981, 985, or get inactive feature when trying, then you have a bigger issue going on. If you have a good backup you can reimage the drive or image a replacement drive, install it and restore your backup. Telephony programming wont be affected.

Could be the CaP problem on the BFT. Are they Green This is Bad ,Blue Good.

That's right, can't get to any of the features. At first when you click on Voice Mail it show status as disable, then i try to enable it and this is what i have. After i click OK. It goes back to disable status.

That sounds similar to what I ran into years back with corrupted keycodes. You can try this if you want.

Get a copy of the keycodes before you start. Write the keycode numbers down as seen in element manager/

Go to the command prompt on the BCM. Delete the sekur file, which is in the d:\data files\nortel networks\voice cti folder.

Delete the keycodehistory.kif file which is in the d:\date files\nortel networks\licensing folder

Reboot the BCM. After the reboot is done, reenter the keycodes.

This may or may not fix your issue, but it has worked for me before.
