I need to default a Merlin Messaging 2.5 voice mail system. I called Avaya and they want $100/half hr to reinitialize it. HELP!

After logging into the System Administrator's mailbox, try 9-989-CLEAR. If it is the same as the older Partner Mails, it should announce "resetting to factory values, all messages and mailboxes will be erased"
If that doesn't do it, just manually delete all of the mailboxes, and reset the Auto Attendant settings. This is most easily done through the GUI software that should have come with the Merlin Messaging.
