reinitialize NAM 4.0 system

How do I reinitialize the Norstar NAM 4.0? I have a refurbished system and need to "wipe clean" to start with a new configuration. I found a similiar article on this site 3 weeks ago, but I can't seem to locate it now.

Can anyone out there help ASAP?

Good news, I finally found it in the Setup and Operations Guide, page 164. You simply F983, Sys Coord password, then press "1", it asks for a password, you enter "reinstall", then it asks if you want to "reset database", click "yes".

When it is done, you F983, enter "config" (266344) when it asks for "log:", then just answer the questions. Your NAM 4.0 is reset.
