Using V5.0 on an IP500

Want to forward main reception phone to another extension

I am using *07*EXT# and it doesnt forward it just rings the reception phone and eventually goes to voicemail. Im sure this is what i used in the past with out any issues can anyone tell me why this doesnt work please

That just sets the number, it doesn't turn it on, you need to do *01 too :). Also i would give them a button :)

Ohh I answered my own question just using *14

Sorry about that but have another one!

Ever 3 or 4 hours the phone systems volume resets. What I mean is all the users use wireless headsets and once or 2x a day they pickup and the volume is full blast. They turn the volume down and it go back to full blast a couple hours later anyone ever encounter this?
 
In the Extn section of Manager do they have "Reset Volume After Calls" selected for the effected users :)
