Register ODBCJT32.dll?

Getting a server.createobject error. When I try to register odbcjt32.dll it tells me that it did register BUT the dllRegisterServer entry point was not found and that a corrupt version of the dll may be in memory.
It also says to consider using Pview to detect and remove it.

Does odbcjt32.dll have to be registered this way?
What is Pview? I can't find anything on it.

It's already there, but can't get past this issue.

No, that is the Microsoft ODBC Jet Driver.
