So the reverse DNS responsibilty for that IP address is with Savvy so they need to do the reverse. You should be able to request this through your ISP.
You will also need to have a matching A record that resolves to that IP address so that the forward and reverse match. You should arrange to have an A record created through register.com. Anything will do, some like mail.yourdomain.com.
When you send mail to AOL they will do a 'double reverse lookup'. This means that they will check the PTR for your IP address and then look up that host name to make sure that it resolves back to the original IP address.
