I need to change the default user default regional options from US to UK, is there a way of doing this.

Control Panel - Regional and Language options

I have already tried that and it works for the respective user but if a new user logs on there default is set to US until they change it.

You have multiple users logging in on a server?

Only way i managed to do it was to modify the registry.

Change the settings under HKEY_USERS - .DEFAULT - Control Panel - International.

Make sure they are set up for UK settings there.

Only have domain admins logging on to servers but have a few programs that remote logon which also picks up the US setting.
