I have installed D.N.A Operator Workstation Apllication in a customer place and also working normally. But that application didn't show the status information in the status bar like "logon successfully","onduty/off duty". Pls help me to resolve this issue.

It seems that your system connection isn't right. First,if your system is working but not able to access the data base from DMG software, try to check if your system has access to the DNA server. Also check if the user was created in the Primary domain controller machine and included in the Operator configuration software.
