I'm adding ActiveX controls at run-time within word. The problem is that the screen doesn't refresh while scrolling. I'm using windows & word 2000. The problem seems to be fixed in word XP, but I don't know how it was fixed. Does any one know anything about this?

Thank You in Advance

Have you tried:

Application.ScreenUpdating = True

?
Might work, might not. For me, it works most of the time.

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be that easy. The screen is refreshed (text, etc.) but the controls are not. To better illustrate the problem, try opening a simple Word 2000 document and inserting a bunch of checkboxes. Save the doc, close it, and re-open it. When you scroll using the verticle scrool bar, the checkboxes stay in one place until you let go of the mouse button.

This happens with my own ActiveX controls as well.

Anyone???
