Refresh Internet Explorer

I am writing a DHTML document where I query a data base and post the information onto a text box. Whe the user deletes and item, i want the text box to refresh...how can I refresh the web page via code? Also , is there a way to delte teh items in the box? thanks a lot

I believe calling the navigate function and passing it the current page name will have it refresh.
