Refresh Form After Update 1

I have 2 selection criteria on my form. After making my choice in the first selection I need to refresh the form so that the choices in the second criteria are based on my choice in the first selection.

you can input this at the end of any sub that has a specific selection that you are waiting for and it will refresh your form.

The OP's not really looking to refresh the form! I suspect, as AceMan1 does, that he's really talking about using cascading combo boxes!
