Reflections via Citrix anyone?

Hi folks, has anyone deployed WRQ reflections via CitrixMFXPFR3, specifically including the "LAT" add-on?
When just using "telnet" connections it's sweet, but when using LAT connections am intermittently getting "Semaphore" errors......I realise this is ashot in the dark....ie: what the hell are we using LAT for!!!! (long story)

help??

the exact syntax is "Could not create semaphore or system event."
