I only use the Avaya forum, so I was not sure the correct forum, procedures, etc. I would like to refer a company that we have been working with who has turned out to be fantastic! We have so many VM Pro systems out there and it was always a pain in the ass to get stuff recorded by the customer and we didn't have anyone in house that was good at it. We found a third party voice company that sounds awesome and the rates are low. Where would be, if any, the appropriate place to post something like this??
