Refering to a recordset member with a variable. 1

Good evening all.
Is it possible to reference a recorset member with a variable?

i.e.:

strString = "FieldName"

With rsRecordset
   ![strString] = "Some Text"
End With

 

[gmmastros]

This should work.

strString = "FieldName"

With rsRecordset
   .Fields.Item(strString).Value = "Some Text"
End With

(not tested)
