I have a user at a remote location running Win2k Pro. There are 3 people who use the PC. Two of them are fine, they can log on to domain, access email, network folders no problem. The third person can access the domain but cannot access email or network resources. I have recreated the user account and recreated the local profile, nothing helps.
When I try to browse the network under the dodgy ID I get the error message: The reference account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to see the network"
However, the account is not locked out (in user manager).
When I try to open outlook it asks for a username, domain and password but nothing is accepted, Also it cannot resolve the name in Mail/control panel)
If I log in as admin I can access the users emails, so there is nothing wrong with the exchange account
Any ideas what the problem could be?
