Redundant 3300 w/NuPoint Record a Call

I have 2 3300's in a cluster with a centralized nupoint voicemail. Record a call works fine on the system that the nupoint is registered with but it wont work on the other system. I created a new record HG and put the same vmail ports in it that are in the record HG on the first system but still doesnt work. Is this how I should do it or is there something I am missing???

You have to populate the External VM form.

Do you mean the external visual VM form? There is no External VM form. External visual VM form is populated and Visual VM works on both systems

Sorry, My bad, Faulty memory. I recently did both at a site and got confused.

I'll be honest and say i've never done record a call on a multisite system (that I can remember)

Im not sure at this point.
