hi,

I have a 44 pages work full of photos and writings. I have to change the size from A4 to 125mm x 180mm. When I try to do it by layout properties it says "this page size cause items to be positioned off the pasteboard." All the pages has bleeds so for every page it says like that.

Is there any way of solving this, or is there any way of grouping page by page and reducing the size by percent?

Thanks.

which version and os? are all the bleeds set on master pages?

Quark 6.0 and windows XP.

There is no bleed on master pages but all the pages are already off the pasteboard for bleeds.

Thanks for your help but when I try to group and scale the texts does not scale thats the problem...

Check the help file for constrained scaling. Not sure the key commands to hold in Windows. Mac would be command option shift and then scale with mouse movement.
